Michael
Schlesinger

Michael is a seasoned expert in organizational design and development.  He is also known as a facilitator who can handle the most challenging groups and is a trusted advisor to many senior leaders within the not-for-profit sector.  Michael spends most of his free time either trying to keep up to his two kids or trying to still act like a kid himself.

Tony
Yu

If you ever ask Tony about his expertise, he would say that he is a generalist. However, truth is that he is superb at sparking change, building momentum and resolving conflicts. However, none of these come in handy when he is chasing after his young son. Oh, and he actively volunteers in his spare time.

Frank5.jpg
Frank
Markel

Frank Markel’s professional career has been a long and windy road leading all the way to LBCG where he focuses on Executive Search. Frank’s health administration career has bounced back and forth between roles in planning and policy juxtaposed with institutional and organizational leadership. Most notably, Frank served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Trillium Gift of Life Network, Ontario’s organ and tissue donation organization, which was not merely a job, but a calling.

Throughout his time in healthcare, Frank has maintained an appointment at the Institute for Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto, where he has taught students in Health Administration, mentored a generation of health leaders and provided unheeded advice on many research projects.

Frank’s garage holds wooden skis, wooden tennis racquets and many empty wine bottles. He and his wife, Flora, count five children between them, eight grandchildren and four dogs.
